Once you choose a home, we negotiate upgrades, lot premiums, closing credits, and builder financing incentives. Buyers we represent consistently get $5K–$15K more in concessions.

Inspections & Closing

We coordinate third-party inspections at the pre-drywall and pre-closing stage, review the builder contract with you, and manage the closing process from contract to keys.
